Information you choose to provide

The discovery inquiry form asks for your name, work email, organization, optional role or title, optional timeframe, and a short description of what you would like the organization to strengthen. Please do not submit confidential, health, legal, or other sensitive personal information.

How inquiry information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond to your request and evaluate whether a conversation or facilitated engagement may be appropriate. The website does not intentionally place form content into analytics. Successful submissions are emailed to the configured business recipient and are not stored as WordPress posts. Validation details may be held briefly in a temporary, single-use server record so errors can be shown without putting your message in the page address.

Scheduling and third parties

A scheduling provider is not active until an approved URL is configured. When enabled, the scheduler opens only after you choose the link; the site does not load a third-party calendar embed by default. The provider’s own privacy terms will apply.

Analytics and cookies

No nonessential analytics or advertising technology is installed by the custom theme or site plugin at launch. WordPress, the host, security services, or future approved tools may use essential technologies. This policy and any consent controls must be updated before nonessential tracking is introduced.

Retention, security, and your choices

Production email retention, hosting logs, backups, access controls, and the process for privacy requests must be confirmed before launch. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to this policy

This policy should be updated when the site’s forms, scheduling, analytics, hosting, legal details, or other integrations change. Add an approved effective date when legal review is complete.
